Rob Lepard
Founder & Principal Engineer
Rob brings over 20 years of enterprise software and systems engineering experience to Atlas Tech Group. He holds an M.Eng. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT, and spent 13 years as Director of Software Engineering at SynQor, a leading power electronics firm.
His work spans cloud architecture, enterprise systems integration, AI platform development, and large-scale data pipeline engineering. At Atlas Tech Group, he leads technical strategy and delivery across all client engagements, applying MIT-trained engineering rigor alongside the latest AI-assisted development methodologies.
